I am eligible for Medicare but am still working. How does Medicare compare to my employer health plan?
With employer offered health plans having changed in recent years, it is a smart idea to compare your employer health plan to that of Medicare plans. Since looking at plans can be confusing, I recommend keeping it simple. Below are some questions to ask yourself as you compare.

- What is the Maximum-Out-of-Pocket of the plan?
- What is the deductible of the plan?
- What is the plan monthly premium?
- Do I have a network of certain doctors & hospitals to see? If so, are my doctors in network?
- How much are prescription copays?
